Eugene Todd, 92, of Sweet Home, Oregon passed away Wednesday, April 5. He was born May 9, 1924 in Gravetta, Arkansas; the son of Dick and Stella (Robb) Todd.

Eugene lived in Gravette until 1966 when he moved west to Yakima, Washington where he worked in the hop fields. In 1968, he settled in Sweet Home where he worked as a tree planter until his retirement in 1975. Sweet Home was his home until his death.

He liked working on cars, hunting, and taking rides in the country.

Eugene is survived by his wife, Nellie Todd, of Sweet Home; daughter Cheryl Lewis of Yakima, WA; sons Richard Todd of Yakima, WA and Doug Todd of Sweet Home; 11 grandchildren; and numerous great-grandchildren. He was preceded in death by sons James, Merlin, and Lloyd; and daughter Linda.

Eugene was buried at Gilliland Cemetery in a private service.
