Esther K. Capper, 76, of Sweet Home passed away Thursday. She was born in Whittier, California to Paul Revere and Dora Margaret (Jennings) Capper.

She lived in Sweet Home for over 40 years and was a Christian. She loved her dogs and animals.

Esther is survived by her son Jeremy Heathington of Sweet Home; grandson Mason Heathington of Lebanon; sister Ruth McKendree; nieces and nephews: Richard (Jeanice) Lippert, Marcella (Wendell) Durbin, Sonya McKendree, Amanda Teoli, Ryan (Dustin) Groat, Jason (Natasha) McKendree Jr all of Sweet Home, Christy (Don) Benton of California, Michael (Adriana) Ronga of Arizona; and many more family and friends that loved her.

She was preceded in death by her parents Paul and Dora Capper; sister and brother-in-law Darline and Richard Lippert; nieces: DeAnna Ronga, Donna McKendree; and her spouse Vern Simpson.
