Ernest Thibodeaux, 63, of Sweet Home passed away Monday. He was born in Jennings, Louisiana to Ernest J. and Mary (Bryan) Thibodeaux.

He lived most of his life in Louisiana. He moved to Sweet Home in 2002. He was a mechanic and truck driver.

Ernest is survived by: his daughter, Brandy of Louisiana; son, John of Florida; mother, Mary Hilliard of Sweet Home; and six grandchildren.

A public viewing will be held from 3:00 to 6:00 p.m., Thursday, August 16, 2012 at Sweet Home Funeral Chapel.

Funeral service will take place at 1:00 p.m., Friday, August 17, 2012 at Mt Calvary Baptist Church. Burial service will be at Liberty Cemetery.

Arrangements are under the direction of Sweet Home Funeral Chapel.
