Eileen Frances (Norman) Duncan
March 5, 1930 – January 12, 2024

Eileen Frances (Norman) Duncan, 93, of Lebanon was born to Arthur and Marie (Kowitz) Norman in Portland on March 5, 1930. She crossed over at home with family by her side on January 12, 2024.

Her family moved to the farm on Brewster Road in Lebanon when she was three. Her family was very musical and she learned to play multiple instruments at a very young age because of her ability to hear a song and play it. She was in multiple bands and she loved playing music. In 1948, she became a model and she was crowned Lebanon’s Strawberry Fair princess when they only chose one girl from Lebanon and the rest from surrounding towns.

She married Albert Wayne Duncan on June 25, 1953 in Bonneville, Washington. They were married 63 years until his crossing on February 25, 2016.

Eileen excelled in everything she set her mind to. She was an excellent seamstress and opened a material store downtown Lebanon. She later became a real estate agent which was a good fit for her natural chatty outgoing personality. Eileen was an amazing woman with a zest for life.

She is survived by daughter, Jan (Duncan) Bledsoe; son, Mark; granddaughter, Jenni O’Connor; grandsons: Christopher Duncan and Stetson Schaffer; six great-grandchildren and four great-great-grandchildren. Eileen is preceded in death by her husband, Albert (2016); brother, Wayne Norman (2017); granddaughter, Jody Lutz (2022)
