Dorothy Marie Erickson, 86, of Sweet Home passed away January 13, 2024. She was born August 17, 1937 to George Allen and Dorothy (Edwards) Casebolt in Eureka, California.

She grew up in Eureka, California, met and married Allen Edward Erickson. They later moved to Sweet Home and raised their four children.

Dorothy worked at the moulding plant in Harrisburg and Stayton Cannery. She then worked at Boise Cascade in Sweet Home for many years.

She enjoyed being outdoors fishing and camping. She also loved to bake.

Dorothy is survived by her children Pam Henderson of Sweet Home, Jerry Erickson of Sweet Home and Kim Allen of Cascadia. Six grandchildren and eight great grandchildren. Preceded in death by her husband Allen Erickson, daughter Brenda Erickson, granddaughter Shaina Erickson, two sisters and a brother.
