Dennis Eugene Anderson, 55, of Sweet Home, Oregon passed away Tuesday, February 20. He was born in Shelton, Washington to Eugene D. and Linda L. (Deyette) Anderson. He moved to Sweet Home in August of 2016 from Montesano, Washington.

Dennis attended Mary M. Knight High School in Matlock, Washington. He was a Christian. He started logging with his father after high school. He also did construction and farm work.

He loved hunting, fishing, and camping. He enjoyed the outdoors.

Dennis is survived by five children: Jason Anderson of Corvallis, Shannon Dain, Sarah Jones, and Johnathan Anderson—all of Lebanon, and Jeffery Anderson of Sweet Home; mother Linda Anderson of Sweet Home; brothers: Dean Anderson of Sweet Home and Doug Anderson of Montesano, Washington; and eight grandchildren.

He is preceded in death by his father, Eugene Anderson.
