Viewing will be at 5:00 p.m., and funeral service at 6:00 p.m., Thursday, August 4, at The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints in Brownsville. Funeral service and burial will take place Monday, August 8, in Brigham City, Utah.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions can be made in Delvin’s name to the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation.
Delvin Bates Ayotte, 86, of Brownsville, Oregon passed away Monday, August 1. He was born in Great Falls, Montana to Frank Louis and Gladys (Bates) Ayotte.
Delvin lived in Brigham City, Utah for 32 years. He married Judith Forrest on July 11, 1995. Del and Judith moved to Brownsville in 1997.
Delvin is survived by his wife, Judith, of Brownsville, Oregon; children Daniel Ayotte of West Haven, Utah, Debora Ayotte of Brigham City, Utah, David Ayotte of Brigham City, Utah, Donald Ayotte of Tremonton, Utah, Diana Ayotte of St. George, Utah, and Dennis Ayotte of Anthem, Arizona; step-children Daren Forrest of Corvallis, Oregon, Jaylene Steele of Bloomfield, New York, Janele Piercy of North Platte, Nebraska, Annette Taylor of Tooele, Utah, Brennen Forrest of Brownsville, Oregon, Jeffrey Forrest Frazier Park, California, Tracy Forrest of Blodgett, Oregon, and Drake Forrest of Arlington, Virginia; sister Betty Pruett of Nampa, Idaho; 62 grandchildren; and many great grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by two sisters, three brothers, and two granddaughters, Megan and Jesyka.
