Delores E. Rucker, 75, of Sweet Home, Oregon passed away Friday, August 15, 2014. She was born in Geddes, South Dakota to Hans and Anna (Westra) Boer.

She moved from South Dakota to Holley, Oregon with her parents in 1947. She enjoyed camping and Bingo, and loved spending time with her grandchildren.

Delores is survived by: herchildren, Rick Rucker of Sweet Home, Randy Rucker of Junction City, Kevin Williams of Sweet Home, Kimberly Dillon of Sweet Home, and Kerry Rucker of Lake View; siblings, Charlotte Harper of Sweet Home and Danny Boer of Warren; granddaughter, Andrea Marsh (Delores raised her); 12 grandchildren and four great grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by: her husband, Norman Rucker in 1965; brother, Dean Boer; and parents, Hans and Anna Boer.

Memorial contributions can be made in Delores’s name to Samaritan Evergreen Hospice in Albany, Oregon.
