David Lee Thompson, 55, of Sweet Home, Oregon passed away Monday, June 8, 2020. David was born in Lebanon to Jeannette Marie (Harrison) and David Lee Thompson, Sr.

David was an avid hunter, fisher, hiker, outdoorsman, sky watcher, artist, musician, culture awareness supporter and comedian.

He is survived by his daughter, Selah Drummond; son, Haven Thompson; siblings: Tonya Rich and Kyler Thompson; father, David Thompson Sr., grandmother, Kathryn Harrison, grandchildren, nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles and cousins. He was preceded by his mother, Jeannette Thompson in 2015.

A viewing will be from noon to 2:30 p.m., Saturday, June 13, at Full Gospel Lighthouse Church; 24697 Grand Ronde Rd., Grand Ronde. A celebration of David’s life will be from noon to 2:30 p.m., Saturday, June 20, also at Full Gospel Lighthouse Church. Final resting place will be next to his mother in Grand Ronde.
