Carrol L. Snook, 76, passed peacefully during a nap into the next life to be reunited with God after a longterm illness, Sunday June 2, 2013 at her Battle Ridge home near Kooskia, Idaho.

Carrol was born January 20, 1937 in Gebo, Wyoming to Cleo and Margurite (Surgeon) Rector.

Carrol was preceded in death by: her parents, Cleo and Margurite Rector; her half-sister, Marjorie Nesmith; and her great-grandson, Jared Payne.

Carrol is survived by: her husband, Verbal, at their Battle Ridge home; daughters, Pam Snook of Portland, OR, Fern Snook of Tulsa, OK, and Nancy Crow of Tulsa, OK; sister, Verla Langmack; brothers, Dennis and Ronald Rector; and four grandchildren.

A graveside service will take place at 10:00 a.m., Monday, June 10, 2013 at Gilliland Cemetery in Sweet Home.

Arrangements are under the direction of Sweet Home Funeral Chapel.
