Carolyn Faye Propps, 74, of Sweet Home passed away Saturday in Corvallis. She was born in Elwood, Indiana to Hubert Wesley And Alice Faye (Phillips) Slayton.

She lived in Pendleton, Indiana before moving to Sweet Home in 2010.

Carolyn was disabled for the last 30 years. She was a member of the Assembly of God Church.

She enjoyed sewing and crocheting.

Carolyn is survived by her sister Susan Middleton; and niece Julie Peterson both of Washington.

She was preceded in death by her husband Sammy Kaye Propps in 2021; parents Hubert and Alice Stayton; brothers: Richard Slayton and Hubert W. Slayton Jr.

Private Burial will take place at Gilliland Cemetery.
