Carol Sue (Todd) Bilbrey, 75, of Foster, Oregon passed away Friday, March 13, 2020. She was born in Los Angeles, California to Van Franklin and Marjorie Lucille (Ray) Todd.

She lived in Lake Isabella, California and Turner and Foster, Oregon.

Carol loved the Lord with all her heart.

She loved reading, going for drives, visiting with friends at Burger King, and watching the cows in the field. She especially loved to watch Hallmark movies.

Carol is survived by daughter Donna and husband Don O’Brien of Foster; sons Bryan Bilbrey of Weldon, California, and Stephen Bilbrey of Lake Isabella, California; brother Larry Todd of Yorba Linda, California; sister-in-law Suzie Todd of Thousand Oaks, California; grandchildren Jenifer Crow of Lyons, Janessa Newton of Lyndonville, Vermont, Donnie O’Brien of Foster, Jade Bilbrey of Lake Isabella, California; and six great grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her father, Van Todd; mother, Marjorie Todd; and brother, Jim Todd.

Private family service took place at her favorite walking trail. Memorial contributions can be made in her name to Teen Challenge in Lebanon, Oregon.
