Beverly Anne McCarthy, 64, of Albany, Oregon passed away Monday, October 3. She was born in Portland to James Robert Jr. and Lida May (Price) Snyder and was raised along the shores of the Sandy River in Sandy, Oregon.

Bev married Terry B. McCarthy on November 21, 1980, and they resided in Albany.

She enjoyed ceramics, scrapbooking, hunting, fishing, camping, and quad and horseback riding. She loved spending time with family, friends, and loved ones.

Bev is survived by her husband of 35 years, Terry B. McCarthy, of Albany; son Terry James McCarthy and his wife, Amanda, of Albany; grandson Austin of Albany; grandaughter Keelee of Lebanon; numerous nieces and nephews; and two estranged children from previous marriages, both of Lebanon.

Bev was preceded in death by her mother, Lida May Fraly; father James Robert Snyder Jr.; grandmother Matilda Snyder; and grandfather James Robert Snyder.

Memorial service will be from 2:00 to 5:00 p.m., Saturday, October 15, at St. Alban’s Episcopal Church in Albany with Father Bob officiating.
