Bessie June Pitts, 78, of Foster, Oregon passed away Wednesday, September 20. She was born in Harper, Texas to Robert Hill and Bertie (Beck) Morris.

She lived in Wright City, Oklahoma during her childhood years. She lived in Medford for a short time, but lived most of her life in Sweet Home.

June worked in the mills and as a provider for the elderly in Senior Services. She also worked for the Medford hospital.

She enjoyed fishing and hunting. She raised two grandchildren. She loved being a mother to her children and grandchildren.

June is survived by her sons: Mike and his wife, Terry Pitts, of Sweet Home and George Pitts of Eugene; daughter Linda Taylor of Sweet Home; nine grandchildren; and eight great grandchildren.

Celebration of Life will be 1:00 pm Saturday September 30th at River of life Church.
