Benny Ray Deaver, 56, of Sweet Home, Oregon passed away Sunday morning, November 16. He was born in Phoenix, Arizona to Ray Harvey and Pearl Louise (Havens) Deaver.
Ben came to Oregon in 1994 and settled in Sweet Home. He was the manager for NAPA Auto Supply in Sweet Home and, more recently, in Lebanon. He was affiliated with the “Road Maggots” and loved riding motorcycles, working on cars, NASCAR, family time and his new grand baby.
Ben is survived by: his wife, Tami Worley, of Sweet Home; sons, Andrew Worley and Ricky Worley, both of Sweet Home, and David Deaver of Phoenix, Arizona; daughters, Michelle Worley of Sweet Home and Sarah Perry and Dani Muller, both of Phoenix, Arizona; brothers, Richard Grundle and Ray, Roy, Bobby, and Donny Deaver; sister, Missy Deaver; and grandchildren, Piper Olivia Worley and Coleman, Lillian, Bryson, and Braden Perry.
He was preceded in death by: his son, Benny Ray Deaver Jr. (1994); mother, Pearl Grundle; stepfather, Richard Grundle; father, Ray Deaver; and sister, Debbie Deaver.
A celebration of his life will take place at 3:00 p.m., Saturday, November 22, at Sweet Home VFW.
