Barbara Fee, 80, of Halsey, Oregon passed away Wednesday, October 12. She was born in Glendale, California to Jake Calvin and Chloie Pearl (Pittman) Griffin.

Barbara grew up in Sun Valley, California. She attended nursing school in Upper Illinois where she met Tommy Fee. They were married in California in 1967 and lived there for many years while raising their son. Together, they moved to Oregon in 1988, settling in Halsey in 1990.

Barbara was very involved in scouting for 40 years, holding many different positions. She helped many young men become Eagle Scouts. She earned the highest honor of Silver Beaver.

She loved doing beadwork and collecting teddy bears. She was a very caring person, always helping others.

Barbara is survived by her husband, Tommy, of Halsey; son Earl Fee of North Hollywood, California; and one grandchild.

She was preceded in death by her parents; sisters Hazel and Dorothy; and her other siblings.
