Arleta “Nona” Naomie Rogers

Arleta “Nona” Naomie Rogers, 100, of Sweet Home passed away Sunday, August 6, 2023. She was born November 23, 1922 to Lydia (Swearingen) and Addison Inskeet in Hardman, Oregon.

Arleta has been a resident of Sweet Home for over 70 years. She attended the Jehovah’s Witness Sweet Home Congregation for 65 years. Arleta worked for the Stayton Canary and a Harrisburg molding company after her husband’s death. She enjoyed camping, hunting, fishing, crocheting, traveling with friends. She loved being around her family and friends.

She is survived by son, Walter R. Rogers of Sweet Home and many grandchildren, great grandchildren, and great great grandchildren. Preceded in death by husband Robert L. Rogers.

Memorial service will be 2:00 pm Saturday August 19th at the Kingdom Hall of Jehovahs Witnesses 4714 Highway 20, Sweet Home Oregon. Burial will take place at Lonerock Cemetery. Sweet Home Funeral Chapel is handling arrangements. www.sweethomefuneral.com.
