Arlene B. Moody, 88, of Sweet Home, Oregon passed away on Tuesday, May 28, 2013. She was born in Fargo, North Dakota to Delbert and Myrtle (Howery) Ball.

Arlene lived in North Dakota and Washington before moving to Sweet Home in 1946. She joined the Sweet Home Police Department serving as a dispatcher.

She enjoyed bowling and spending time in the outdoors, both fishing and hunting.

Arlene is survived by her husband, Bill Moody, and cousin, John Howery, of Sweet Home.

She was preceded in death by her sister, Elaine “Dude” Clover.

A memorial service will be held at 10:00 a.m., Saturday June 1, at Sweet Home Funeral Chapel.
