Anthony Earl Milligan, 50, of Sweet Home, Oregon passed away Saturday, February 16, 2019. He was born in Commerce, Texas to Freddy Earl and Jessie Mae (Stover) Milligan.

He lived in Paris, Texas, Valliant, Oklahoma, Ft. Worth Texas, and eventually Lebanon, Oregon in 1986.

Anthony enjoyed camping and making dream catchers. He loved to play the Oregon Lottery.

He is survived by his mother, Jessie Milligan; step-dad Jerry Milligan; sons Steffan Milligan and Kylar Milligan of Sweet Home; brother Michael Milligan of Lebanon; sister Deborah Milligan of Corvallis; and step-sisters Kelly Parks of Sheridan and Nikki Rogers of Sodaville.

Anthony was preceded in death by his grandfather, Orvel Stover, November 2, 1971; grandmother Margaret Stover, March 16, 2004; uncle Orvel Stover, Jr., November 3, 1990; aunt Estelle Cornwall, September 9, 2005; niece Brittany Milligan-Peeples, June 28, 2016.
