After a hard fought battle, Peggy Riley, 55, of Sweet Home passed away Friday. She was born in Upland, California to Robert and Dorothy A. (Foster) Munoz.

She is survived by: her partner, Paul Zajic of Sweet Home; daughter, Liberty Riley of Burlington, North Carolina; sons, Lucas Riley and Joseph Riley of Sweet Home; and granddaughters, Tori Riley-Jackson and Neveah Riley.

A Celebration of Life will be held in the spring of 2013 in Cascadia, Oregon. She will be celebrated in the place of her heart, surrounded by what she loved the most: the beauty that is Oregon.
