Naomi Elaine Kragness, 85, of Sweet Home, Oregon passed away Sunday, March 8. She was born in Lac Qui Parle County, Minnesota to Arthur and Leila (Howe) Muenchow.

She married Bradley Kragness on March 18, 1950. They moved to Oregon in the early 1950s. She worked at Sprouse-Reitz and at the Sweet Home School District until she retired.

Naomi loved to play Pinochle and Texas Hold ‘em. She was a longtime member of the Sweet Home Elkettes.

She is survived by: her children, Diane, Jim, Dave, Jeff, and Tim; seven grandchildren; and eleven great grandchildren.

Naomi was preceded in death by her husband, Bradley Kragness, in 1981.

A Celebration of Life will be held at 2:00 p.m., Sunday, March 22, at the Sweet Home Elks Lodge, followed by a pot luck.
