A private burial will be held at Gilliland Cemetery. A memorial service will be at 5:00 pm, September 28, at Brownsville Mennonite Church.

Mildred Myers, age 100, passed away Thursday. She was born in Halstead, Kansas to Joseph and Martha (Heatwole) Hartzier.
On September 23, 1928, she married Ralph Myers, Sr. They moved from Kansas to Sweet Home in 1945. While residing there, she drove a school bus for Liberty School for six years. She was very active in the Sweet Home and Brownsville Mennonite Churches.
Mildred is survived by children, Gladys Paulus, Hazel Steckly, Roberta Slagell, Ralph Myers, Jr., and Velma Ropp; sisters, Ida Slagell and Leona Watson; 25 grandchildren; 75 great-grandchildren; and 22 great-great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her parents; her husband, Ralph, Sr.; brothers, Willard and Clifford Hartzler; sister, Ethel Lind; and great-grandchild, Titus Miller.
