Friends and family may attend a gathering 4:00-6:00 pm Friday, October 12, at Sweet Home Funeral Chapel. Funeral Service will be at 11:00 am Saturday, October 13, at the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints, 1955 South Fifth Street, Lebanon, with viewing one hour prior in the Relief Society Room. Graveside services will follow at the I.O.O.F. Cemetery in Lebanon. Memorial contributions may be made to Dialysis Services of Samaritan Lebanon Community Hospital, American Diabetes Association, or a charity of choice.
