Kelsey Michelle Butterfield was born on August 23, 2008 at Samaritan Lebanon Community Hospital to Gerald L. and Griselda (Zurita) Butterfield of Sweet Home.

Kelsey is survived by her mother and father, Griselda and Gerald Butterfield, of Sweet Home; grandma and grandpa, Michelle Butterfield and Bill Weikel, of Sweet Home; grandpa, Robert Butterfield, of San Luis Obispo, California; and grandma, Hilda Vera, of Canby, Oregon.

Sweet Home Funeral Chapel is handling services.
