John Kirby Ryan, 63 of Sweet Home passed away Thursday. He was born in Happy Camp, California to James and Betty (Currie) Ryan.

John served in the US Army and completed two tours of duty in Vietnam.

John is survived by: his wife, Janet; son, Travis andwife Elizabeth of Sweet Home; brothers, Bill, Mike, Tim, and Larry Ryan; and sisters, Anita and Sally. He was preceded in death by: his parents; brother, James; and sister, Patricia.

Arrangements are under the direction of Sweet Home Funeral Chapel.
