Jerry Tyler Milligan, 41, of Lebanon passed away Saturday. He was born in Albany, Oregon to Jerry Ray Milligan and D. Moore.

Jerry is survived by: his mother, D. Moore; father, Jerry Milligan; sisters, Kelly Parks and Tonya Bitz; daughters, Madison Fritz and LaNel Fritz; and the mother of his children, Raquel Fritz.

Memorial service will be held at 1:00 p.m., Saturday, February 26, at the Sweet Home VFW, 580 Main Street.

Arrangements are under the direction of Sweet Home Funeral Chapel.
