James Earl Felkins
August 13, 1954 – October 28, 2023

James Earl Felkins, 69, of Sweet Home passed away in his home surrounded by loved ones on October 28, 2023. Jim was born August 13, 1954 to Robert and Wanda “Sue” (Cox) Felkins in Santa Paula, California.

Jim loved the outdoors and was very passionate about fishing, specifically bass fishing. He also had a passion for drag racing, NASCAR, and the Minnesota Vikings. Jim worked as a mechanic from the 1970’s until he retired in the late 1990’s. He spent the rest of his time enjoying his life.

Jim’s laugh was infectious and the love he had for his family is unmatched. Jim is survived by his wife, Serena Felkins; mother, Wanda “Sue” Felkins; sons: James “JR” Felkins, James Hackworth; daughters: Kristina Porter, Katie Goodfellow, Kalie Hackworth; brothers: Robert and Randy Felkins; grandchildren: Kaitlyn, Hannah, Brooklyn, Kaden, Jade, Ryder, Seth, Julia; great-grandson, Grayson; nephew, Cody; niece, Nikki and great-nephew, Hunter. He was preceded in death by his father, Robert Felkins and son, Aaron Clark.
