Frances L. Scott, 90, of Sweet Home passed away Thursday. She was born in in Akley, Minnesota to Frank and Agnes (Graf) Foster.

She was born and raised in Minnesota. She moved to Seattle, Washington in 1956. In 1970, Frances moved to Onalaska, Washington, and then to Sweet Home after retirement in 1984.

Frances was a member of Eastern Star and other church groups. She was a wonderful loving mother and wife.

She enjoyed calligraphy, card making, gardening, and sewing.

Frances is survived by: her spouse of 64 years, Lester; children, Lowell and his wife Pat of Seattle, Washington, Anita and her husband John of McMinnville, Connie of Sacramento, California, Jan and her husband Bud of Sacramento, California, Jeanne of Phoenix, Arizona, and Laurie and her husband Mike of Sweet Home; numerous grandchildren and great grandchildren.

Funeral service will be at 10:00 a.m., Monday, February 18, 2013 at Sweet Home Funeral Chapel. Final burial will be at Gilliland Cemetery.

Memorial contributions can be made in her name to the Lebanon Community Hospital Foundation or any church of choice.

Arrangements are under the direction of Sweet Home Funeral Chapel.
