Earl Dean Humphries, 55, of Sweet Home passed away Thursday. He was born in Roseburg, Oregon to Coy Humphries and Elenor Meagher.

He served in the United States Army. Earl grew up in Brownsville and lived his whole life in the Sweet Home area. He drove truck for Lloyd Rice Towing. Earl loved to work on cars, hunt, and spend time with friends and family.

He is survived by: his daughter, Felicia Humphries of Sweet Home; sons,: Gilbert McQuiston, Raymond McQuiston, and Keith McQuiston of Rogers, Arkansas; sister, Sherry Reinhart of Brownsville; brother, Toby Humphries of Lebanon; 13 grandchildren and six great grandchildren.

Earl was preceded in death by his wife, Donna Humphries, in 2011.

A Celebration of Life will be held at 4:00 p.m., Thursday, July 26, 2012 at Waterloo Park Gazebo. A potluck will follow. Bring your own chair.

Arrangements are under the direction of Sweet Home Funeral Chapel.
