Charlotte Ann (Fraba) Parent Newman, 72, of Sweet Home, Oregon passed away Saturday, May 24. She was born in Lebanon, Oregon to Fredrick Clemont and Lucille Lillian (Egner) Fraba.

She grew up and attended high school in Lebanon, and then continued her education at LBCC.

Charlotte was an artist. She drew amazing pencil and ink drawings.

Charlotte is survived by: her sister and brother-in-law, Lauretta and husband Dan Webb; one niece and one nephew. She was preceded in death by: her father and mother; brother, George Fraba; first husband, Daryl Parent; and second husband Gilbert J. Newman.
