Carol Ann Perez, 66, of Sweet Home passed away Tuesday. She was born in Riverside, California to Kenneth and Joyce Maxine (Long) Hanson.

Carol has lived in Rohnert Park, Santa Rosa and Riverside, California before settling in Sweet Home.

She worked at Sola Optical, 3M and Petaluma Valley Hospital in Petaluma, California. In Sweet Home she worked for Whites Electronics.

Carol is survived by her husband Delfino Perez; daughters: Cassie Angulo both of Sweet Home, Angie Carter of San Francisco, California; son Mike Perez of Sweet Home; sister Marie Davis; brother Stanley Long both of Lebanon; granddaughters: Selena Angulo, Hailey Borroneo, Allie Borroneo all of Sweet Home; nephews: Brian Davis of Everett, Washington, Gregory Long of Salem, Dylon Long of Spokane, Washington; niece Deana Chafin of Lebanon; great nephew: Bryce Chafin; great nieces: Paige Chafin, Bryce Chafin all of Lebanon; cousins: Shannon Davis, Michella Davis both of Washington, Brian Davis Jr. of Arkansas.

Memorial service Memorial service will be 2 pm Friday April 14th at Holley Church.
