Bernice Katheren Davis
May 11, 1938 – February 28, 2023
Bernice Katheren Davis, 84, of Sweet Home passed away Tuesday in Warrenton. She was born in Hanford, California to James Anderson and Gladys Peggy (Robinson) Fletcher.
Bernice lived in California, Idaho and Oregon. She moved to Sweet Home in 1969.
She worked a variety of jobs through the years such as cotton picker, grape picker, store clerk, Bumble Bee in Astoria in the late 1970’s and Pacific Seafood in Warrenton in the early 1980’s. Bernice loved to gardening, crocheting, puzzles and taking care of her family. 
Bernice is survived by her husband of 65 years, Raymond H. Davis of Lebanon; children: Cindy Carson and her husband Kevin of Astoria, Duane Davis of Sweet Home, Jennifer Goodwin and her husband Danny of Warrenton, Terry Davis and his partner Mark of West Virginia, Donald Davis and his wife Jodi of Lebanon; nine grandchildren; 21 great grandchildren and two great great grandchildren. She was preceded by her parents, three brothers and four sisters. 
Celebration of life will be 2pm Saturday March 4th at Sweet Home VFW. Private burial took place at Gilliland Cemetery.
